Overview:

Appliance testing and automatic tag printing package and software package.

This pack features the Delta PAT along side our Met-Tag Pro label printer. The pack enables appliance testing, RCD testing of appliances with automatic test tag printing following each test. The Metrel will record the results of each test, and the printed test tag features your company logo and details.

The mains operated printer produces a well presented test tag design and the cabled operation delivers good functionality at a great price for desktop/bench based appliance testing. The system is particularly suited to high volume testing where item description variances are limited. Descriptions are entered using the up/down keys of the Metrel 3309.

This package includes:

• Metrel 3309 Delta PAT Appliance Tester
• TTS Met-tag Pro Thermal Transfer Label Printer
• 500 Thermal Transfer Test Tag Labels
• Pro Resin Ribbon

Key information

• Tests appliances to AS3760 (including powered leakage tests)
• Prints full size test tag following each test featuring your company details, asset ID, asset barcode, test date, retest date (in AU format), technician name
• Prints a DANGER tag in the event of a FAIL result
• Mains and/or battery operated appliance tester
• Mains operated printer (battery available on request)
• Records all appliance and RCD results to memory for download to PC later (up to 3000 records)
• Includes software for download of tests to PC for creation of reports for printing of PDF creation.

Applications:

Testing appliances and leads in accordance with the AS/NZS 3760:2010. RCD testing and testing of hard wired appliances. Printing test tags following each test and recording the results for download to the included software.
