Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We charge a flat shipping fee of $15.00 + GST inside Australia for all goods addresses to street addresses, except where indicated on the product description page (eg test tags). Applies to mainland addresses only. Orders for in stock items are typically prepared for dispatch within 2 business days of receipt of order. Where goods are unavailable due to stock availability we will notify you within 1 business day of receipt of your order.

During the Covid-19 pandemic period, all courier services providers have notified us of possible delays on both domestic and international deliveries. Whilst we endeavor to minimise any disruption caused by this, as these events are outside our control, some delays maybe experienced from time to time.

Goods will be shipped via the most appropriate shipping method for that region. In general goods will be shipped by the following methods:

  • Test tags (Quantities 300 or under) - Australia Post or Couriers Please (depending on location)
  • General Goods - Local deliveries with Brisbane Metro area - TOLL IPEC or Priority, Couriers Please, or Australia Post (depending on goods purchased)
  • General Goods - National deliveries - TNT,  Couriers Please , TOLL IPEC or Toll Priority depening on size and weight of goods
  • General Goods - New Zealand deliveries - TNT International. DDU - Delivered duty unpaid. Customs and Taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser. Additional charges may be incurred due to import duty and associated costs.
  • PO Box Addresses - A surcharge of $7.76 applies to all PO Box address deliveries. No PO Box deliveries available to NZ.

We reserve the right to change our shipping methods at any time without notice.

International Shipping

The cost of shipping will be calculated during the checkout process of purchase. Shipping costs will be displayed at the time of purchase. Costs vary according to parcel size and local distribution agreement arrangements. Goods are shipped strictly DDU - Delivered duty unpaid. Customs and Taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser. Additional charges may be incurred due to import duty and associated costs. Contact your local customs government department to obtain information regarding applicable import duties and/or goods and services tax payable.

In accordance with our standard terms and conditions, the Test and Tag Supplies Pty Ltd is not under any duty to accept goods returned by the buyer and will do so only on terms to be agreed in writing in each individual case.

If the seller agrees to accept returned goods from the buyer under the above terms, the buyer must return the goods to the seller at the seller’s place of business referred to at the head of these conditions. Please see our full terms and conditions for further details.
